    Introducing Online self care

Online self care is a great alternative to hands on massage. Hands on massage has not been possible due to lockdown restrictions. Lockdown has enabled me to re assess how I can help people through these challenging times. I realised that my hands are not my only tools and I have other skills that I can utilise.

    You will learn...

    • Predictable pain patterns

    • Self Massage

    • Trigger points and soft tissue release

    • Stretching and strengthening exercises

The history of massage therapy dates back to 3000 BCE (or earlier) in India, where it was considered a sacred system of natural healing. Used by Hindus in Ayurveda “life health” medicine, massage therapy was a practice passed down through generations to heal injuries, relieve pain, and prevent and cure illnesses.
