We will have a chat about how you’re feeling, what your days involve in terms of movement and then based on all of that information, we will agree what techniques and self-care would be appropriate. Then I will draw up a bespoke plan for you to follow in-between our online appointments.

Many people are working on sofas, kitchen stools and other seating which is not ideal. Overtime, this can cause musculoskeletal pain and long term issues.
Your HR department could book regular monthly, weekly or bi-weekly group sessions with me, tailored specifically to your employees’ needs.

The Forearm and elbows are powerful tools for massage. During your treatment I will use my forearms, elbows, and bodyweight to sink into the first layer of your tissue and release the tension in your muscles. This creates a highly effective deep tissue massage.
Techniques include:
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
Improve flexibility and increase range of motion. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a more advanced form of flexibility training, which involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted. PNF stretching is one of the most effective forms of stretching.
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy
Also known as " Trigger Point Therapy ", refers to the treatment of myofascial trigger points (MTrP) or 'trigger points' (TrP) that are found in muscles and fascia. Myofascial trigger points are tense areas (which may be painful/uncomfortable) that are found in muscles.

Swedish massage is incredibly enjoyable. It is restorative, working with the muscles and soft tissues to provide calm and balance, and even have an overall effect on your wellbeing. Techniques include:
-
Effleurage – a type of gentle stroking, including long strokes.
-
Petrissage – what you think of when muscles are kneaded.
-
Vibration – includes light tapping and other techniques which can cause the body to lightly shake or vibrate
-
Hacking – includes the karate-style ‘chops’ you may also associate with massage.

Pregnancy can be a stressful time both physically and emotionally. Your body goes through a fundamental transformation. This includes both postural and hormonal changes as well as an increase in blood and plasma volume.
These effects can put significant pressure on the body. Especially the neck, spin and weight bearing joints.
Increasing evidence has shown that regular prenatal massages are a safe and relaxing way to relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy.
